It is an end unit, a ranch style unit, the north end of a four unit east facing building. Dusty Sage Loop is a cul-de-sac off Dusty Stage Drive. The slope of the land allows for a walk -out basement. Basement is full frame at rear elevation, partial/stepped on right elevation. Subject has Lennox Elite series closed combustion furnace, model GS51MP-48C-090-02 and Rheem 50-gallon water heater, model 21V50-4. Windows were Low-E except for the below grade windows installed by the foundation contractor. Above grade basement windows are Low-E (all but two). Basement is unfinished and has adequate insulation to the portions that are unheated, i.e. ambient and/or garage. Insulation is well installed, including around the corners onto heated/common walls to prevent wicking. Garage is side load, is drywalled, taped, and has a window to front elevation. This unit is substantially built to the plans and specifications and meets the Fort Collins' Energy Code. Please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy (CO) for non-compliance with the Energy Code.
