Certificate of Occupancy in separate submittals Below isre checklist of all necessary items. 0 nal
of this paperwork must be submitted as 1 package at leopit 48 hours prior to the date a Certi cats
of Occupancy is requested.
The one exception to this is for Us. It is reco mended that you fax over the ILC as soon as po bie
for the Zoning Department to review in case th ;re are any, problems with the location of the b ing
on the property. The original stilt must be sub fitted as part of the ehtire package that is subm ted
48 hour prior to the date the C.O. is needed.
