Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the will reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 17, Block 15, West Chase, (6215 Clymer Circle), a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 22, 2004.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 6400430.
