On July 14 and 16, 2004. Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall steel
at the referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes, footing reinforcement steel and wall steel reinforcement
were in substantial conformance with the recommendations and foundation plan for the project
by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 24201.
