HomeMy WebLinkAbout6215 CLYMER CIR - SPECIAL INSPECTIONS - 4/28/200409/17/2004 12:04 9706631660 SCOTT CO)< LOVELAND PAGE 02/03 SCOTT, COX & ASSOCIATES, INC. consulting engineers off May 5, 2004 Lamar Family of Builders 2695 West Eisenhower, Suite 250 Loveland, Colorado 80537 Project No.5575-02-18-04 Gentlemen: On April 30, 2004, a representative of Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc. visually observed the perimeter drain system and damp -proofing for the new residence under construction at Lot 17, Block 15, West Chase, (6215 Clymer Circle), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. We observed that the completed drain system consisted of perforated rigid PVC pipe surrounded by gravel, overlying a plastic liner, set outside of the foundation walls. The drain appeared to be located below the footing level and is to discharge to an interior sump pit. We observed that the da V-proofing consisted of asphaltic spray -on coating. It appeared that the damp -proofing coating adequately covered the foundation wall. In addition we observed that the void forms for the foundation walls were intact. As a result of our observations, it is our opinion that the drainage system and damp -proofing were in general conformance with the plans and specifications.
