We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot
17, Block 15, West Chase, (6215 Clymer Circle), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on April 16, 2004.
It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in
general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. "NEO"
5043, Elevation D, Partial Basement. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted
below footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
