Mr. Weaver:
A representative of Terracon observed the interior and exterior footing sizes and wall
steel reinforcement for the above referenced project on May 27 and 28, 2004, as
requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the interior and
exterior footing sizes and wall steel placements were constructed in general accordance
with the plans for this project.
