Re: Foundation, damp proofing, and perimeter drain Inspection Lot 7 Mountain Ridge
Farms Filing II (1320 Woodview Place) Fort Collins, CO.
Gentlemen:
Inspections were done of the footing, foundation walls and foundation drain at the
referenced location. All observed footing and wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met
the specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by
Landmark Engineers. The perimeter drain and damp proofing was installed in general
conformance with the foundation plan.
