A representative from Terracon observed the foundation wall steel reinforcement for the above
referenced lot on April 2, 2004, as requested. The foundation system consisted of drilled
piers/caissons and the installation and observations were performed on March 17, 2004.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation wall steel
placements were in general accordance with the plans for this project.
