A representative from Terracon observed the foundation wall steel for the above referenced lot
on April 16, 2003, as requested. The foundation system consisted of drilled piers/caissons and
the installation and observations were performed on April 3, 2003.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation wall steel
placements were in general accordance with the plans for this project.
