RE: Observation of Footing Widths & Foundation Wall Steel Reinforcing for Lot 11, Block
5, Fossil Lake P.U.D.,1" Filing, Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Gentlemen:
We observed footing widths and the reinforcing steel placed in the foundation wall forms at the
subject site on December 8, 2003 & December 17, 2003. All observed footing widths and steel
reinforcing met the specifications for size, type and installation as per foundation plan prepared by
Landmark Engineering Ltd, Project No. STOHOM-3I2C-09-327A1, dated. September 12, 2003.
