GENERAL NOTES:

the client. This survey was prepared without the benefit of a Title Policy or Title
Commitment.
2. A Boundary Survey is needed to determine the exact location of property lines, as
shown on this Improvement Location Certificate. The exact location of property
lines and fence lines can only be determined by a monumented boundary survey.
The fence locations, if shown on this Improvement Location Certificate, are
approximate. Ownership of fences cannot be determined by an Improvement
Location Certificate or by Intermill Land Surveying, Inc..
3. No further easement and/or right of way research, other than shown on this
Improvement Location Certificate, was requested by the client or performed by
Intermill Land Surveying, Inc. for this Improvement Location Certificate,

I hereby certify that this Improvement Location Certificate, was prepared for
Stonybrook Homes; it is not a land survey plat or improvement survey plat, and
that it is not to be relied upon for the establishment of fence, building or other
future improvement lines. I further certify that the improvements on this parcel on
this date. June 16, 2004. except utility connections, are entirely within the
boundaries of the parcel, except as shown, that there are no encroachments upon
the described premises by improvements on any adjoining premises, except as
indicated, and that there is no apparent evidence or sign of any easement crossing
or burdening any part of said parcel except as noted.
