The purpose of this correspondence is to confirm and memorialize North Pointe
Community Church's (the "Church") obligation to install, at the Church's expense, a
handicapped accessible ramp at its facility located at 328 Remington Street, Fort Collins,
Colorado 80524 on or before the expiration of the year 2005. Should you require any
further confirmation of the Church's obligation to install the ramp, please do not hesitate
