The units were originally approved and construction started by Larry Baird of Overland Homes. The project is being completed by Rutt Construction. Rater visited the site a number of times during construction, including when Baird was still the contractor. On 22 June rater was called to complete a final site inspection. Contractor had learned from inspection on previous units inherited and rater found it to okay at first inspection, i.e. no callbacks. Subject has Carrier closed combustion furnace, model #58TUUA080-14 and Bradford White 50-gallon water heater, model M15036EN 10. Windows and the front door, including sidelight and transom, are Low-E per rater testing. This unit is substantially built to the plans and specifications and meets the Fort Collins' Energy Code. Please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy (CO) for non-compliance with the Energy Code.
