On August 7, 2001, I observed the installation of the foundation wall reinforcing and concrete pour for the
above referenced building.
Observations indicate the foundation wall reinforcing and pour was in substantial conformance with the
Plans and specifications for the project. See foundation plan submitted for the above permit numbers.
