Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 6, Block 2, Fossil Lake Ranch 1st, (3230 Shallow Pond Drive), a subdivision
of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 5, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 1526-25-26-03.
