This letter is for the purpose of confirming and certifying that the construction
modifications to the ridge beam, rafters and bracing were observed during construction at
the 900 Garfield, Fort Collins, Colorado. The construction modifications and repairs
appear to have been accomplished in general compliance to the plans and specifications
designed by me.
