Subject: Landscaping Bid Confirmations @ Westchase
Due to the multiple changes for landscaping at Westchase, we have made multiple changes
to the auto pay contracts. Starts as of January 1, 2004, have the second tree (the street
tree), included in our auto pay base price. All street trees installed in lots started prior to
January I" will need to be submitted on a Purchase Order for payment.
With the new soil amendment requirement set forth by Fort Collins, the contract price was
revised again on March 1, 2004 to include this new process. For all homes which the soil
amendment process affects, purchase orders must be submitted for homes started before
March 1 st.
