On November 19, 20, and December 1, 2003, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and
foundation wall steel at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the footing
sizes, footing reinforcement steel, and foundation wall reinforcement steel are in substantial
conformance with the recommendations for the project.
