Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 1, Block 10, West Chase, (6303 Carmichael), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on December 18, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Scott, Cox & Associates, Inc., Job No. 1782-69-01-04. In addition, the measured top
of foundation was 0.13' lower than that of the proposed elevation indicated on the plot plan
supplied by the client.
