Re: Foundation and perimeter drain Inspection Lot 144, The Ponds at Overland Trail
Second Filing, (3557 Sunflower Way) Fort Collins, CO.
Gentlemen:
Inspections of the footings, foundation walls and foundation drain were done at the
referenced location. All observed wall dimensions and reinforcing steel met the
specifications for size, type and installation per foundation plan prepared by Landmark
Engineers. The perimeter drain was installed in general conformance with the foundation
plan.
