as builder/contractor of record of the home identified below, hereby agree to utilize the
following systems energy analysis program:

to -demonstrate compliance with the Fort Collins Energy Code as a condition for receiving a
building permit fee reduction of $75 upon issuance of the building permit for the home to be
constructed at: 1320 Woodview Place
Fort Collins, CO 80526
I understand that all other applicable provisions of the Fort Collins Energy Code,
including following the Fort Collins Insulation Guidelines, submitting an insulation certification
form and HVAC certification form, and obtaining a completed "Insulation Inspection"
performed by City staff will be required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the
above home.
Further, I hereby acknowledge that failure to use either of the energy rating programs
named above and meet the respective established minimum criteria for compliance will result in
forfeiture of the $75 building permit fee reduction provided hereunder.
