We need to defer the remaining work in the basement to a future phase. Our
job costs for Phase 1 & 2 came in over 80% above budget, creating a need to
acquire more funding before we can do the remaining improvements on the
current permit. We believe we have utilities correctly terminated until funds are
available to finish the kitchen, green room, and bathroom and are hereby
requesting a CO for the existing permit.

Community Church's (the "Chuivh'� obligation to install, at the Church's expense, a
handicapped accessible ramp at its facility located at 328 Remington Street, Fort Collins,
Colorado 80524 on or before the expiration of the year 2005. Should you require any
further confirmation of the Church's obligation to install the ramp, please do not hesitate
