Dear Administration,
I am the General Contractor for the above referenced permit, located at 1327 Catalpa Dr.
Ft. Collins, CO. Due to the fact that my selected framer has let his liability insurance laps, I will
be designating a replacement framer.
Please delete Red Mountain Builders as my framer and replace it with Hagen Brothers, Inc. as
we will be framing this house ourselves. I have had a licensed framer on my payroll for the past
three years. His name is Tim Johnson and his license number is F-10.
