Bill of Sale for Adjoining Property
Be it witnessed by all undersigned that for value received in the amount of $6215.68 (as
outlined on settlement sheet) has been paid to sellers on 01/10/2004 for the sale of
adjoining property in the amount of 2428 square feet as legally described in EXHIBIT A
from lot 87 to lot 88. The Ponds at Overland Trail. Second Filing. The resulting property
lines are shown in EXHIBIT B.
Seller warrants this property to be free of all Ieaiis and encumbrances other than the
intrinsic obligations required by city easements and local covenants.

. A part of Lot 87, The Ponds at Overland Trail, Second Filing, which, considering the South line
� of said Lot 87 as bearing N85^26'14"W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 87, and run
thence along said South line, N85^26'14"W 32.00 feet; thence NO2^29'17"W 152.89 feet to a
point on the East line of said Lot 87; thence along said East line, S 13^56']Z"E 160.00 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 2428 square feet, more or less, and being subject to all easements
as they now exist.
