RE: Final Inspection, Energy Code compliance, Townhomes at Harmony Ridge, Fort Collins,
CO; Unit 91, 4702 Dusty Sage, - F 1
This unit was rated from plans with rater issuing memo stating it would comply on 10 February
2001, providing it was built to plans and specifications provided rater, and provided the materials
were installed correctly_ It is a C plan, i.e. an interior two-story unit between two other two-story
units. The units were originally approved and construction started by Larry Baird of Overland
Homes_ The project is being completed by Rutt Construction.
Rater visited the site a number of times during construction, including when Baird was still the
contractor. On 26 February rater was called to complete a final site inspection. Foundation
insulation to unheated walls was not completed at the time of that inspection as well as a number
of minor items. Contractor completed the punch list and called rater back for a resinspection.
This unit is substantially now built to the plans and specifications and meets the Fort Collins'
Energy Code. please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy (CO) for non-
compliance with the Energy Code.
