This unit was rated from plans with rater issuing memo stating it would comply on 10 February
2001, providing it was built to plans and specifications provided rater, and provided the materials
were installed correctly. It is a B plan, i.e. a two story between anothto
wo stry and the ranch
style end unit. The units were originally approved and construction started by Larry Baird of er
Overland Homes. The project is being completed by Rutt Construction.
Rater visited the site a number of times during construction, including when Baird was still the
contractor. On 26 February rater was called to complete a final site inspection. Foundation
insulation to unheated walls was not completed at the time of that inspection as well as it number
of minor items. Contractor completed the punch list and called rater back for a resins This unit is substantially now built to the plans ands Dion.
