This home was rated from plans with rater issuing memo stating it would comply on 9 February
2001, providing it was built to plans and specifications provided rater, and provided the materials
were installed correctly. The units were originally approved and construction started by Larry
Baird of Overland Homes. The project plans were modified in May of 2001 with recalculations
being done. The project is being completed by Rutt Construction.
Rater visited the site a number of times during construction, including when Baird was still the
contractor. In mid December final site visit was completed. Unit 79 is the North end of a six -
unit building. It is the A plan. It has a side load garage.
This unit is substantially built to the plans and specifications and meets the Fort Collins' Energy
Code. Please do not withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy (CO) for non-compliance
with the Energy Code.
