Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 13, Registry Ridge 1 st, (1320 Forestal Drive), a subdivision
of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on November 6, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by KLP, Plan No. 6019.
