I am writing this letter to notify you of the allocated exterior building signage available for
your new store at the above referenced location_ Your space occupies 13% of the total
square footage of the two buildings being constructed on Lot 1A. The total square
footage allocation for the lot is 145.04 SF; this enables Cool Cuts 4 Kids to utilize 18.86
SF for their total exterior signage.
We have met with the City of Fort Collins numerous times to try and gain more area, but
they will not move from the total previously stated. Please adjust your sign designs to
adhere to these numbers and submit to my attention for approvals. Feel free to contact
me with any questions or concerns regarding this information.
