Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 17, Block 3, West Chase, (6126 Tilden Street), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on October 14, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 6202990.
