We have visually obF rved the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 18, Block 2, Stanton Creek, ( , a
subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 6, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
