RE: Observation of Footing & Reinforcing Steel, Lot 3&4, Oakridge Village, 11's Filing,
Fort Collins, Colorado.
Gentlemen:
We observed footings and the reinforcing steel placed in the foundation forms at the
subject site on October 21, 1999 and October 25, 1999 respectively. All observed footing
dimensions and foundation wall reinforcement met the specifications for size, type and
installation as per foundation plan, Project No. 2649-11-3-1, dated September 2, 1999,
prepared by Foundation Engineering.
