The Larimer County assessor's office lists Allied Realty Solutions LLC as the owner of
the above referenced property. This property is vacant and has been posted by the City as
"Dangerous -Do Not Occupy". This posting is to aid the police department in removing
vagrants and vandals.
It is your responsibility, as the owner of this property, to assure that the buildings are
secured by locks, barriers, fences or any means necessary to keep vagrants and inquisitive
children from gaining entrance to any of the buildings. These building are presently open
to unlawful entry.
This letter shall be considered as a lawful order by the Building Official and shall serve
as notice that I am requiring that all buildings be secured. Board up and barricade all
openings, provide locks on doors and fences as needed. Remove storage buildings that
can not be secured. The site shall be secured as indicated no later than January 24, 2003,
at which time I will perform another site inspection. You are further required to maintain
the security of the property by periodic inspection of the security means and replacement
as needed.
