Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 15, Block 15, West Chase, (6227 Clymer Circle), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on June 13, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan, drawn
by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 5022.
