sections of the Uniform Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE SECTION 106.1 REGARDING A
BASEMENT FINISH WITHOUT PERMIT AND LICENSED CONTRACTOR.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:

If you cannot comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and
explain any mitigating circumstances you feel may be cause for an extension, otherwise
you will be served a court summons and be subject to a maximum fine of S1000.00 per
day per violation.
Be advised that if future violations of this nature are discovered, you will be issued a
court summons without further notification. I -
