As requested, the following portions of the foundation system were observed on the dates
indicated and were found to be in substantial conformance with the foundation plan and
requirements of our soil report prepared for the subject site, Project Number 64839 dated
June 4, 2002. Observations were conducted on a periodic, on -call basis. Full-time
observation services were not provided during the installation of each construction phase
noted below.
