Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 118, Registry Ridge 1st, (6857 Ranger Drive), a subdivision
of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on April 7, 2003.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan,
drawn by Cobb Associates, Plan No. 6204100.
