This is to certify that the above referenced building and its component parts have been designed
and fabricated by Mid -West Steel Bldg, an AISC Certified Manufacturer, at its
AISC certified facility. It has been designed in accordance with the order documents,
in general accordance with the ninth edition of the AISC "Manual of Steel Construction" and the
1986 Edition (with 1989 amendments) of the AISI "Cold Formed Steel Design Manual" and
with good engineering practice for the following loads. All welding is per the
appropriate American Welding Society (AWS) code.
