Gentlemen:
On June 24, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site.
Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been placed around the exterior
perimeter of the basement foundation and sloped to daylight at the south side of the walk -out
basement. The drain pipe installation is in substantial accordance with the perimeter drain
recommendations for the project. In addition, the exterior of the basement foundation walls had
been damproofed.
