On June 13 and 14, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the footing sizes and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes, footing steel, void form
placement, and wall steel is in substantial conformance with the foundation plan for the project
by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 22129.
