Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 97, Registry Ridge, (1320 Reeves Drive), a subdivision of
Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on August 13, 2002.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan
drawn by KLP Engineering, Inc., Plan No. 4023..
