Gentlemen:
On September 11 and" 18, 2002, Weeks & Associates observed the footings and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the foundation footing sizes,
void form placement, and foundation wall steel were in substantial accordance with the
foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 21058.
