Mr. Kiel,
The time frame specified, in my letter dated June 16, 2003, for bringing the above
referenced address into compliance with the Non -Owner Occupied Housing Standard has
expired. I am not aware that any corrections have been made, nor have I made a follow
up inspection as required.
This letter shall serve as a final notice that if the corrections and inspection are not made
prior to July 31, 2003, the Certificate of Occupancy will be revoked, the building will be
declared a dangerous building and the utilities will be ordered disconnected. In order to
re -issue a new Certificate of Occupancy the building will be made to comply with all
current codes for dwelling units.
I find no reason to extend the time frame for compliance beyond July 31, 2003, as this
address has a history of non-compliance with the Standard.
