Box 503 Fort Collins, Colorado 80521-0503 (970) 484-0359 Fax: (970) 484-0454 Terracon observed the exterior perimeter drain placement at the referenced site on July 30, 2002, as requested. A four -inch diameter perforated PVC pipe had been placed around the exterior perimeter of the crawl space foundation. The drainage pipe appeared to exhibit positive drainage toward the sump located within the crawl -space area. We also observed 1 %2 -inch washed gravel placed above and below the pipe and drainage filter fabric above the gravel. The waterproof dampening of the foundation system was also observed and in our opinion was completed in general accordance with standard residential practices. In our opinion the exterior perimeter drain observed was constructed in general accordance with the plans for the project.
