This observation was performed on April 3, 2002. It is our opinion that the form widths and steel reinforcing for the footings and pads were in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 5322-01-01-02. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
