OBSERVATIONS
In gam, the size, bw and placement of the reinforcing steel is consistent with the structural
Gr�rade outlined in the contract drawings. The horizontal reinforcement consists of No. 5,
40 steel, while the vertical is were No. 4, Grade 60 reinforcing bar. All reinforcement
was tied together properly, with laps at splices and corner bars being 24 inches in length
