This is to notify the city that on or about June 1, 2002 Mr. Larry J Baird left the city of
Fort Collins and is no longer responsible for the permits above. I Leslie L Jones on behalf
of Overland Land LLC and Overland Homes, on July 30, 2002 transferred ownership of
Lots 13,14, and 15 Harmony Ridge PUD of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, Colorado
back to Leslie L Jones, IRA. Lot 14 contains Building 14 currently under construction
baring the permits listed above. On behalf of Leslie L Jones, IRA I am requesting that the
City please transfer these permits to:
