A representative of Terracon observed the foundation construction for the referenced lot located
within the Warren Farms 3rd Filing on March 28 and April 1, 2002, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation footing sizes and
wall steel placements are in general accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.
