On July 18 and 20, 2001, Weeks & Associates observed the footing sizes and foundation wall
steel at the referenced site.
Observations indicate the footing sizes and wall steel were in substantial conformance with the
recommendations and foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No.
21075.
